You may use the Services only if you agree to form a binding contract with Zepto, and are not barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services.

If you are accepting these Terms, and using the Services, on behalf of a business, government, or other legal entity, you warrant that you are authorized to grant all licenses set forth in these Terms and to agree to these Terms on behalf of the business, government, or entity.

You are responsible for any Content you provide on or through the Services, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You may only provide Content that you have, or have obtained, all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, and/or authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein for any Content that you create, submit, post, send, store, upload, or display on or through any of the Services.

Some of the Content on the Services is provided by users and other third-parties. This content is the sole responsibility of the person, business, government, or entity that created, submitted, posted, sent, stored, uploaded, or displayed on or through any other Services. Additionally, we do not take responsibility for any Content that is provided by others on or through any of the Services

You retain the rights to any Content you create, submit, post, send, upload, or display on or through any of the Services. You are free to use the Services in a way that these Terms and our other usage polices allow.

Any software or Services that we provide may automatically download and/or install updates, upgrades, additional features, or additional data. You may not copy, modify, duplicate, sell, lease, probe, reverse engineer, tamper with, extract the source code of, test the vulnerabilities of, or otherwise interfere with any part of the Services, unless granted written permission to do so by us, or where these restrictions are prohibited by law.

By creating, submitting, posting, sending, storing, uploading, or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, display, transmit, or distribute such Content via any distribution method. This license gives us permission to make your Content available publicly, via our services or elsewhere. Use of your Content by Zepto may be made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the Content you create, submit, post, send, or display on or through any of the Services.

We reserve the right to remove or block any Content that violates our policies, copyright, trademarks and/or applicable laws, rules, and regulations. We also reserve the right to access, view, block, screen, and delete your content at any time and for any reason, including to provide and improve the Services, or if we believe it violates these Terms or any of our other usage polices.

In order to use some of the Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, and any activity that occurs on or through it. We recommend using a strong password that you have not used on other sites previously, and limiting access to your account to better secure it.

By using the Services, you agree to:

• not sharing your password.
• not using any third-party applications and/or services to access or attempt to access the Services.
• not buying, selling, trading, swapping, loaning, or leasing access to your account.
• not creating more than one account, or an additional account if you've previously been blocked, or had an account disabled, or otherwise removed.
• not holding liable Zepto, or its affiliates, for any loss or damage resulting from failure to comply with the rules above.

You agree to receive communications from us electronically, including, among others, emails, text messages, push notifications, or notices and messages on the Services.

If you use any feature, service, or piece of functionality that is operated by a third-party and made available through our Site, Apps, or the Services, that party's relationship with you is governed by their respective terms. Zepto is not liable for a third-party's terms and/or actions taken under such terms.

You agree to hold responsibility for any mobile and/or data charges that may be incurred from use of any of the Services, including, but not limited to, text message and data charges.

At Zepto we are continuously evolving our products and Services, and may, at any time, add new features and/or Services, modify existing services, remove existing services or features, and may suspend or otherwise stop Services altogether.

We reserve the right to terminate these Terms with you at any time, and for any reason, with or without prior notification. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellation of any Services offered to you, additional limits imposed on your access to those services, or reclamation of your username or account identifier. You can terminate these Terms at any time and for any reason by contacting us to have your account removed.

In the case of termination of these Terms, you continue to be bound by sections 5, 6, and 9-12 of these Terms.

Your access to and/or use of these Services or any Content are at your own risk. The Services are provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, and to the extent permitted by law without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we attempt to provide good Services, we make no warranty or representation and disclaim all responsibility and liability for: (a) the completeness, accuracy, availability, security, timeliness, or reliability of the Content or Services; (b) any harm to your device and/or computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to and use of the Services or any Content; (c) any Content or Services that function with error, interruption, delay, disruption, or other imperfection; and (d) the deletion of, or failure to store or transmit, any Content or other communication maintained by the Services.

Zepto takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Content that you, or other users, or a third-party, create, submit, post, send, receive, store, upload, or display on or through any of the Services. You understand and agree that you may, at any time, be exposed to Content that may be illegal, offensive, incorrect, misleading, inappropriate, or otherwise harmful, none of which Zepto will be responsible for. No oral or written advice or information obtained from Zepto, or through any of the Services, will make any warrant or representation not expressly made herein.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZEPTO AND OUR MANAGING MEMBERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT, EVEN IF ZEPTO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL ZEPTO’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ZEPTO, IF ANY, IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION SHALL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

You agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zepto, our affiliates, directors, officers, stockholders, employees, licensors, and agents from and against any and all complaints, charges, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) due to, arising out of, or relating in any way to: (a) your access to or use of the Services or Content; (b) your content; and (c) your breach of these Terms. As used in this section, "you" shall include anyone accessing the Service using your password and/or other credentials.

At any time, we may revise these Terms, with or without notification, and the changes will not be retroactive. The most current version of the Terms, which are available at zeptoapp.com/terms, will govern our relationship with you. By continuing to access or otherwise use the Services after those revisions have taken effect, you agree to be bound by those revised Terms.
